Need I register a new account for Spotify Pro?

Actually, you can use any free accounts, original one or new account. If you have any concerns, we suggest you creating a new account.

Why I can't listen music and appear the empty playlist?

Starting from August 2024, Spotify has started to do this for accounts which are not connecting in their "home" region after 14 days. Confirm your Spotify region setting and current IP address location match. You will need to change your Spotify region in account settings to match the IP location or use VPN to change your IP region to match the account region at least once every 14 days.

How to download/batch download songs?

Click download icon near the song title within detail page, or click link ... after each songs within playlist, then tap "Free Download".

For batch download songs, Actually, we didn't provide the batch download feature, but you can achieve this in another way. By creating an empty playlist and adding your songs that you want to download, then you can download all songs whtin the custom playlist.

Why I can't download songs?

  • There exists compatibility issue within Android 15. You are unable to experience this feature being now if you are using Android 15.

Having ruled out device and system issues, if you are still unable to download, please check with following steps:

  1. Ensure you are using the right Spotify Pro downloaded from our website.
  2. Ensure your phone device has enough free space, and grant the permission required to Spotify Pro.
  3. If you can't download songs yet, use VPN (e.g. Turbo or any other) then try again. Since the download service is blocked in some certain regions.

Why I can't see lyrics for some certain songs?

Please note that not all songs have the lyrics, and the availability of the lyrics feature and the lyrics themselves can vary over time, as well as between markets, and depending on the agreements we have in place with our rights holders.

Spotify has disabled lyrics for free-tier accounts as of May 1, 2024. Initial testing of lyrics restrictions first started in August 2023 and lyrics were removed for select songs on select accounts. Spotify's data showed that enough people moved to a paid-premium subscription to get lyrics back during this trial period and have now removed all lyrics for all free-tier accounts in hopes that users will continue switching to premium.

Why I can't access cellular streaming on very high quality audio?

If using a free-tier account -- NO! Very High (or higher) audio quality requires a paid premium subscription. Spotify does not allow free-tier users to listen to higher quality music and current music licensing deals require the user to have a paid premium account.

The mod acts no differently than the official Spotify app, offering up to "High" quality audio. If using a paid premium account -- YES! The mod does not remove any premium features for paid-premium users.

Can Spotify Pro work with Shazam?

Yes. You can open Spotify Pro within Shazam App via following steps:
  1. Go to App Settigns -> Spotify info.
  2. Step into Defaults -> Set as default.
  3. Enable supported links and choose the supported web address.
  4. Now when you listen music with Shazam, you can open Spotify Pro via top right corner link. It is useful when you find music then add to favorite songs of your Spotify Account.
